Beekman’s two-bedroom K floor plan is available furnished. These spacious floor plans come with a large sectional sofa, chair, rug, coffee table, TV stand, television, dining table with four chairs and bar stools in the kitchen and living room areas.

For single occupancy bedrooms, there is a full-sized bed on raised frame (allowing for extra storage below), a nightstand, desk, task chair, and dresser. The K floor plan can also be leased for double occupancy bedrooms, and feature two twin XL beds on raised frames (allowing for extra storage below), two nightstands, and two desks with task chairs per bedroom. Furnished Studios

All A floor plans (studio/1 bath) come furnished with stylish, adaptable furniture designed to maximize the space for a variety of uses. Each studio comes with a sofa/murphy bed combo (mattress not included) that easily moves up and down, and fits seamlessly over the coffee table, which doubles as a bench for additional seating. The expansive dining table, designed by local furniture company Floyd Detroit, comes with four chairs that fold up to a narrow profile should they need to be stored. The lamp has shelving and electrical ports for convenient access to all of your bedside necessities. The built-in desk comes with a desk chair and smart TV mounted above, which can be used for traditional viewing or as a secondary screen when connected to your computer with a USB.
